Metalwork and machining
Machining centre :
The machining centre is used to cut the parts for the future signage. Empreinte masters water-jet cutting technology and has two numerically controlled (CNC) machines. Capable of cutting, milling or engraving, our operators are specialised in programming and materials management.
They play a vital role in optimising materials and offcuts, for both economic and environmental reasons: zero waste is their goal!
Metalwork department:
Our metalworkers produce the structures for our furniture based on the production drawings drawn up by our design office. Our workshop is equipped with a machining centre, welding tables, a press brake and numerous hand tools.
Welders, metalworkers and boilermakers work with aluminium, steel and all its derivatives, corten and stainless steel. They are masters of TIG and MIG welding, carrying out all stages of manufacture right through to pre-finishing and painting.
Aware of the arduous nature of metalwork, we regularly invest in safer, more efficient tools. Training is also at the heart of our support for our employees, guaranteeing a high level of skill and safety.
