Our planning department is the backbone of our business. Our production coordinators oversee every phase of production to ensure that your signage is manufactured, delivered and installed without a hitch.

As soon as they receive the plans from the design office, validated by the customer, the planners meticulously analyse each requirement: materials, subcontracting, manufacturing techniques and processes, everything is examined in detail.

The work can then be organised: the schedules for the machining centre, printing and painting are drawn up. The team leaders receive the work orders and allocate the various tasks, always under the watchful eye of Operations.

Their job does not end until the final acceptance of the projects. Thanks to rigorous coordination and precise resource management, our planning department ensures smooth, efficient execution, minimising delays and unforeseen events.
