Caen la mer

In collaboration with Muséscène and Ingé Infra, we built imposing Corten steel structures to mark out the cycling and walking loops in the charming communes of the Caen la Mer conurbation.

We manufactured this custom signage in our workshops in Toulouse. With the expertise of our cutting and machining operator and our water-jet cutting machine, these aerial structures were able to take shape.

Each piece of furniture is a poetic evocation of elements of the region's historical or natural heritage. In addition to the silhouettes cut out of the metal, there are labels in enamelled lava to provide some explanatory content.

We chose Corten steel to make this heritage signage. This steel will develop a patina over time, giving these structures a natural charm that blends in perfectly with their surroundings.

Our teams also travelled to the site to install the outdoor furniture. The highlight of the tour is a superb representation of a church stained glass window integrated into one of the pieces of furniture.
