Abbaye aux Dames

Awarded the ‘Centre culturel de rencontre’ label in 1996, the Abbaye aux Dames, located in Saintes in the Charente-Maritime region, is implementing a project centred on music. Inaugurated in June 2016, ‘MUSICAVENTURE’ is an interpretation trail with a sound and music system designed to create a new type of immersive and creative tour.

To set up this new interpretation trail, we produced and installed unique heritage and cultural signage in enamelled lava, created exclusively for this venue.

The singular appeal of this new signage lies in the red cubes made from enamelled lava, whose uniqueness and colours required all the expertise of our screen printers to give them these rich, deep hues. In fact, thanks to our screen-printing technique, we obtain colours of an intensity that doesn't go unnoticed.
