The Hôtel-Dieu of Carpentras
The Hôtel-Dieu in Carpentras was built in the middle of the 18th century on the initiative of Bishop Inguimbert. It was one of the main hospitals in the capital of the Comtat Venaissin until 2002.
Since 2015, it has been home to the prestigious Inguimbertine and offers visitors a vast museum covering 1800 m². In addition to temporary exhibitions, visitors can also enjoy library areas.
After working with the town in 2017 to design the library's signage, Empreinte was asked to design the museum's signage. Corian was chosen in the majority of cases, both for the directional signage and the signs and for the descriptions of the works. Over 500 labels were used in the various exhibition rooms.
